General Introduction and Applicability
299 apps is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, and various other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms apply to the use of any service on the 299 apps website and mobile application.
By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any condition, please refrain from using 299 apps services.
Age Restriction: All 299 apps services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration and participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
299 apps reserves the right to amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be properly notified through the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after an amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on 299 apps, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and current information at the time of registration — full name, mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address.
- Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or cancellation of both accounts and forfeiture of any associated bonuses.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is not permitted.
- Registration using a proxy, VPN, or any other method to conceal identity is prohibited.
Account Verification
299 apps may at any time request a government-issued ID, mobile number verification (OTP), or other relevant documents to verify an account. If the required information is not provided within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily restricted.
Account Security
It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If any unauthorised activity occurs on the account, the 299 apps support team must be notified immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on 299 apps are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Deposit Methods and Limits
The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳300. Currently accepted payment methods are:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
Deposited funds will only be credited to the account in whose name it is registered. Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted.
Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Detailed bonus rules are described in Section 04.
Fraudulent Transactions
If a member is suspected of money laundering, fraud, or any other fraudulent activity, 299 apps reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and conduct an investigation. If confirmed, the associated funds may be forfeited.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
299 apps offers various types of bonuses and promotions to its members. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, and funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed.
Other Promotions
299 apps offers the following ongoing promotions:
- Weekly Reload Bonus — up to 30%, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 18x
- Cricket Festival Bonus — up to 50%, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 20x
- Friday Special Slots Bonus — up to 40%, maximum ৳6,000, wagering 22x
- Birthday Gift — maximum ৳2,000, wagering 15x
- Friend Referral Reward — maximum ৳3,000, wagering 12x
General Bonus Terms
- Withdrawals will not be accepted if the specified wagering requirement for each bonus has not been met.
- It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
- A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the relevant promotion description states otherwise.
- A bonus is not "free" money — it is a conditional matching offer that becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- 299 apps reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Important: If bonus abuse is proven — such as using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method to exploit bonus offers — the associated bonus and winnings may be forfeited.
VIP Program and Cashback
The 299 apps VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier, paid at a set rate on the net loss for that week.
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive a maximum of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's overall gaming activity. 299 apps holds the exclusive right to set the criteria for VIP evaluation and also reserves the right to change a member's tier if necessary.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on the 299 apps platform are operated by recognised providers, and their outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to influence game outcomes by external means is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
- Placing bets using software bots, automation scripts, or artificial intelligence
- Playing games using another member's account
- Attempting to intrude into or hack the game software
- Exploiting bonuses or promotional offers by dishonest means
- Coordinated betting through multiple accounts
If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, 299 apps reserves the right to permanently close that account and forfeit the associated balance.
Technical Errors
If a game remains incomplete due to a server issue, network disruption, or software error, 299 apps retains the option to void the result of that game or restart it. Any compensation payable in such circumstances is at the discretion of 299 apps.
Data Protection and Privacy
299 apps publishes full details separately regarding the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on data usage policies, conditions for sharing data with third parties, and members' rights.
Members' personal information is not sold to third parties for any commercial purpose. However, information may be provided to regulatory authorities when required by legal obligation or for fraud investigations.
The platform uses SSL encryption to keep members' financial and personal information secure.
Responsible Gaming Policy
299 apps believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income. Members are encouraged to maintain healthy gaming habits. Those who feel they are spending excessive time or money on gaming have access to limit-setting and self-exclusion tools.

Account Closure and Suspension
Closure by Member
Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Any withdrawable balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.
Closure by 299 apps
299 apps may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Registration using false information
- Being identified as a minor (under 21 years of age)
- Fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity
- Serious breach of the terms and conditions
- Suspicion of financial irregularities
If an account is permanently closed, any verified legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless fraud has been proven, in which case it may be forfeited.

- If account details are exposed due to the member's own negligence
If any provision of these terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable by a legal authority, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect. These terms and any matters relating to the use of the 299 apps platform are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
